Orion Rush is the musical project of Ryan Rushworth, a Northern California singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose songs move between raw acoustic storytelling, hard-hitting rock energy, and immersive live looping. His music is shaped by a wide range of influences, blending melody, texture, and emotion into performances that feel intimate, honest, and alive.

Music has been a part of Ryan’s life since he first picked up the drums as a teenager, quickly finding his way into bands and eventually into songwriting. What began as poetry grew into a lifelong creative outlet: a way to make sense of change, connection, loss, hope, and the strange beauty of being human.

As Orion Rush, he creates songs that sit somewhere between vulnerability and momentum, giving listeners space to feel while still pulling them forward. Whether performed alone with loops and layers or stripped down to voice and guitar, each song is offered with sincerity, grit, and a desire to connect.
